So, so, so good!

Oh, good day, good hour, good life! As you might have already noticed I have a wonderful mood.

Therefore I’m going to write to you something that make you smile. For example, I’ll tell you about my lady-cat.

She is a veeery funny. For example, she likes to play with carpet. She sits on the corner and catches its claws. When she catches the corner, she lies on her back and rolls in the carpet. And all this happens with a deafening miaow. Finally, we have a nice carpets pie with cat :)

Conversation with myself

I read on the Internet many different articles and opinions about how to increase traffic to your blog. A lot of variants: spam, stolen content, in general, everything that one way or another based on lies.
I also want to try to draw attention to my blog. But I will do it with more loyal ways. I want to attract people by interesting texts and unusual thoughts.

But for the time being there aren’t unusual thoughts in my blog :D This blog is more like a conversation with myself. Well, nice to talk with interesting conversationalist.

So, I will try to find the right and humane way to increase traffic to my blog.

5 Ways to Calm Your Nerves

1) Fold origami. The Japanese are very quiet people. You will never hear from their paper homes wrathful rebukes. It’s all because instead of argue each other they fold the paper crane from colored paper. Don’t want cranes? I can offer you a lot of other paper figures :)

2) Knitting a sweater. There are a lot of variants: jacket, dress, suit for your nephew and other difficult knitted stuff. Crochet hook or needles? Chose what you want. This method (like previous) is a good for calm your nerves, because folding and knitting patterns allows you to focus on them and forget about external stimuli.

3) Go shopping. Only for women. But it really works! What else can so fast cheer up, except the endless fitting stylish new clothes. Men’s alternative: going to buy a new software for the PC or a new DVD movies.

4) Go to the gym. For men – physical trainings, for women – aerobics, fitness, yoga. From one to two times the figure, however, does not improve, but your body get so positive energy that you immediately feel yourself better.

5) Sit in the bus (or tram, trolley). I don’t now how you, but I was always attracted by romantic of this perspective – long, long time just look out the window.

The first trial to write a post…

What is depression? Why the thousands of people suffer of this strange word from time to time? And occasionally it is a very long time.
I think that people become depressed just by themselves. They invent to themselves new and else new problems and constantly thinking about these problems. That leads them from happy and carefree life to nasty and prolonged depression.
For example, the young beatiful lady was cast by her boyfriend. They think “probably I am ugly”. Then she think that she is stupid, too short for him and the many absurd things like above. She think about herself more and more time, begin to find in herself more and more disadvantages. And finally she is in the deep depression and run to the chemist’s to buy antidepressants or think about suicide.

Talk with something and tell about your problems and doubts is always better than close in yourself. Think about it
